We are operating a selection process for 2019 and limiting the number of businesses selling the same brands/products to ensure variety in this year’s marketplace. Selection will be based off of photos and information provided on the booking form. Interested applicants who apply to a full category may be wait listed even though there may still be tables available.
If you would like to contribute any treats, or product samples for goodie bags, or donate a prize for our raffle, in return for having your flyer in the goody bags, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org. We are preparing 125 goody bags this year.
The room will be ready for vendors to set up from 8am on the day of the fair. Please do not arrive before this time, if you do arrive before this time and doors are open, they are open for the fair organisers to set up. Please be respectful of the 8 am start time for vendors.
Please arrange to arrive between 8 am and 9.30 am latest, as you will be required to be fully set up at your stand, by 9.45 am latest. Doors will open for volunteers to shop at 10 am and to the general public at 10.30 am.
There will be two set down areas (dedicated unloading zones) available directly outside the main conference space. There is ample complimentary parking at the hotel, as well as an overflow carpark, should it be necessary.
Vendors are not permitted to erect their own stands, however pop up banners are of course welcome. Please also note that the hotel does not permit anything to be attached to the walls of the function rooms. If you require a power outlet, be sure to contact us at email@example.com to let us know, well in advance of the event date. We will require minimum one weeks notice for any additional requirements.
